Sweden Runs Out Of Garbage

Each Swede (9.5 Million) produces just over 500 kg or half a ton of household waste every year. Thanks to the efficient waste management in Sweden, the vast majority of this household waste can be recovered or reused. Only four per cent is landfilled.
Sweden now has to search for rubbish outside of its borders to generate its waste-to-energy incineration program.

One of the issues though of this educational model is that it has been a struggle for existing players to monetize their efforts.
